I made this move on purpose, because it provides an opportunity for personal & professional growth in an environment that nurtures, encourages and uplifts. At Tappe White, I can now serve my clients as a full service agent; representing both sellers and buyers. This boutique brokerage has a purpose, mission and vision that are a perfect fit for me. • I moved to Southlake in 1999 and began my real estate career working for a local builder.  Not only did I develop contacts in the builder community, but I also gained knowledge on how to properly market and sell a home.   Another strength I have from this valuable experience is a deep understanding of the process to building a home.  This helps me maintain healthy communication between my buyers and builders; working with both through the entire, resulting in a successful close.
• In 2001, I went to work for another local brokerage as a buyer’s agent.  Through this experience I became an expert in Northeast Tarrant County’s real estate market.  I am intensely acquainted with the many wonderful homes for sale to both local and relocation residents.  I serve as an expert in re-sales and continue using my skills in builder sales.
• By having experience in both new home sales and re-sales I have positioned myself as a full service agent who works with both buyers and sellers to expedite whatever transactions with which they are challenged.  My first concern is always my clients.  I want to “lead them home” with the greatest of ease, so they will use me over and over in all future transactions.
