Allen
Tappe and Randy White have over 50 years of combined experience in
the real estate community. They both have made significant
individual contributions to the industry.
Allen and Randy shared the dream of creating a real estate company
whose culture differed tremendously from a traditional brokerage.
They wanted a premier company that represented a “boutique” presence
with a concierge service approach.
That dream became a reality on November 29, 2004, with the birth of
Tappe White Real Estate Services.

Journey
Randy White has always given his clients “the red carpet treatment”;
Because of this, Randy is one of the most highly respected real
estate agents in the nation.
Allen Tappe is an industry veteran. He’s spent the majority of his
career coaching successful selling professionals, including Randy.
Their paths crossed over 15 years ago. Since then, they have worked
closely together, always holding each other to a higher standard of
performance. Over the years, that accountability relationship
evolved into today’s partnership, Tappe White Real Estate Services.
The Future
Tappe White Real Estate Services currently serves Southlake and
surrounding communities. Randy and Allen plan to expand their local
presence through the commitment of highly qualified agents, who are
dedicated to exceeding customer’s expectations.
By connecting quality professionals through established national
relationships, Tappe White will grow, with purpose, toward a result
